On the Mode of Specialized-orientation for Teachers Training of Higher Vocational Education

With the development of social economy, vocational education has more room to develop. However, the construction of teacher team is the prominent issue;thus, teacher training is the important thing in the teacher construction to improve the quality of teachers. The paper analyzes the difficulties we met in teacher construction in higher vocational education and the basic quality of eligible teachers;also clarify the orientation of the teacher training modes in higher vocational education. Finally, under the concept of innovation, the paper establishes several new modes of teacher training in higher vocational education.
