On Teacher Specialization in Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges

Abstract

Higher vocational education poses special requirements for teachers as well as their teaching action,which has been manifested in teacher specialization facilitating teachers’development.This article mainly discusses the basic model of teacher specialization,the current situation and the problems.The author,from the point of specialization,constructs strategies to help teaching staff develop in vocational education.
