Clinical analysis on penicillin combined with Gynecologic Qianjin Tablets in treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory

[Objective]To investigate the clinical effect of penicillin combined with Gynecologic Qianjin Tablets in treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory.[Methods]136 patients with cute pelvic inflammatory were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,68 cases in each group.All the patients were given the conventional treatment,the control group was treated with 400 × 104 U penicillin by intravenous infusion,twice a day,and the observation group received 6 tablets of the Gynecologic Qianjin Tablets by oral administration on the basis of the control group,3 times a day.[Results]A treatment course was 10-15days.The clinical effect,time of symptoms elimination,and serum levels of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) and C-reactive protein(CRP) were compared between two groups.The total effective rate of the observation group(94.1%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.9%) significantly(P 0.05).The time of body temperature returned to normal level,the abdominal pain relieving time,and the enclosed mass elimination time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P 0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in both groups reduced significantly(all P 0.01),and the differences between two groups were significant(P 0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P 0.05).[Conclusion]The clinical effect of penicillin combined with Gynecologic Qianjin Tablets in treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory is satisfactory and safe.The therapy can improve patients' immune function,and it is worthy of clinic application.
