Clinical effects of Clindamycin combined with gynecology Qianjin capsules in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory and the impact on serum C- reactive protein

Objective To investigate the effect of Clindamycin combined with gynecology Qianjin capsules in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory,and to explore its impact on serum C- reactive protein( CRP). Methods 92 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory were randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group. The cases in observation group were given Clindamycin hydrochloride injection and Qianjin capsules,while cases in control group were given penicillin sodium and Metronidazole tablets. Clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,changes of CRP and recurrence rate of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97. 83%,which was significantly higher than control group( 73. 91%)( P 0. 05); The clinical symptom score of two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment. clinical symptom score of observation group reduced more significantly( P 0. 05); Serum CRP levels of two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,CRP levels of observation group decreased more significantly( P 0. 05); The recurrence rate of observation group was 4. 35%,which was significantly lower than control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Clindamycin combined gynecology Qianjin capsules in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory can enhance the effectiveness,inhibit inflammation,rapid the improvement of clinical symptoms with safety and low recurrence rate.
