Abstract
This paper introduces an internal structure of ADF4350 PLL frequency synthesizer and analyses the basic principle and operating characteristic of the ADF4350 PLL frequency synthesizer.Combined with characteristic of the ADF4350 PLL frequency synthesizer,the paper gives a design method of frequency source of ADF4350 PLL frequency synthesizer controlled by AVR Single-Chip Processor.The simulation software ADIsimPLL is utilized to simulate and design loop filter.Through debugging the hardware circuit of the Phase Locked Loop and writing the Single-Chip Processor program,a good performance frequency source is realized.
