Abstract
A design scheme of wide band frequency synthesizer based on phase-locked loop(PLL),which can produce high quality sinusoidal signal,is described.The PLL frequency synthesizer chip ADF4360-7 is used to design the phase-locked loop circuit in this system.The principle and configuration of ADF4360-7 is introduced briefly and the circuit parameters of the frequency synthesizer are given.This kind of local oscillator of wideband signal allows a frequency range of 500 MHz~1GHz.
