Abstract

In order to provide scientific data to monitor the quality of vegetables, the organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits in the university canteen in Shenzhen were detected. The results showed that pesticide residues in leafy vegetables were more easily exceeded than in fruits and other vegetables. In fruits, pesticide residues in Jiagua, bitter gourd, melon and cucumber small Yunnan were more easily exceeded. The results showed the qualified rate of detection of pesticide residues was 91.1%,the exceeded rate of pesticide residues was 5.3% and the rate of suspicious excessive pesticide residues exceeding was 3.6%.This paper provided a scientific basis of vegetable quality checks.
