Observe the Clinical Effects of 75 Cases of Termination of Pregnancy by Mifepristone Plus Misoprostol

Objective To explore the clinical effects of mifepristone plus misoprostol to terminate 11～16 weeks pregnancy.Methods Seventy-five women of 11～16 weeks pregnancy who request termination of pregnancy,which receive orally 75mg mifepristone once on the first and second day,followed orally 600μg misoprostol in the morning of the third day;Results seventy-three pregnant women can achieve complete abortion after orally misoprostol.the success rate was 97.33%,2 pregnant women need curettage to achieve abortion.Adverse reactions were mild,and no patients get out of the treatment for side-effects.Conclusions Mifepristone and Misoprostol is safe and effective on induced abortion at 11~16 weeks of gestation,is easy to be receptance and is worth promoting.
