Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on termination of pregnancy for 10 to 14 weeks.Method: 211 healthy pregnancy women for 10 to 14 weeks with abortion were given mifepristone and misoprostol.Result: The success rates of abortion was 98 %.Conclusion: The application of mifepristone and misoprostol for termination of pregnancy for 10 to 14 weeks demonstrates advantages in simplicity,safety,affectivity,high success rate and short time.
