Clinical observation the termination of the 13～16 weeks pregnancy by Mifepristone with Misoprostol

Objective:To investigate the results of Mifepristone and Misoprostol to terminate 13～16 weeks of pregnancy.Methods:A retrospective analysis in April 2008～November 2010,have voluntarily requested termination of pregnancy pregnant women stand in the 13 to 16 weeks of gestation in 48 cases,given mifepristone 75mg,day 1,2 times.Day 3 oral Misoprostol 0.6mg.Results:The success rate of 97.92% induction,all patients were routine curettage,and 1 case failed.Conclusion:Mifepristone is not only able to terminate the pregnancy,can also be used to terminate 13 to 16 weeks of pregnancy,is a more safe,effective and practical method of abortion,with abortion time is short,easy to take,damage less and pain and so on.
