Abstract
Objective To establish the assay method for galgravin、veraguensin content from effective fraction of A.tatarinowii Schott. Method The chromatographic column was kromasil ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with 30 ℃,the mobile phase was methanol to water(70∶30) with a flow velocity of 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm in the reverse phased-high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) procedure.Result The average recovery of veraguensin was 99.65%(RSD=1.12%), and the average recovery of galgravin was 99.90%(RSD=1.56%).Conclusion The procedure, which is easy and accurate, can be used as a quality control method for the effective fraction of A.tatarinowii Schott.
