Abstract
To quantify the teachers’ work scientifically and reasonably is the basis of fair implementation of the teachers’ workload system. The teachers’ workload must be converted with theoretical analysis and measurement and practical basis, and should be recognized by most teachers. The paper analyzes research methods, conversion basis, conversion coefficient and adjustment coefficient of quantifying the teachers’ work and how to understand knowledge-based workers should be distributed with the principle of distribution based on their performance and puts forward the author’s opinion.
