Analysis on manpower of community health service in Qindao

Objective To understand prevalence of community health service manpower in Qingdaocity and to supply basis of rationally disposing health manpowers.Methods Random sampling was carried out in a survey for 161 community health service manpower by questionnaire.Results The average age of community health service manpower was 43.57,11.2% manpower were record of graduate;40.4% were record of junior college,and 28.6% were record of technical secondary school.13.2% staff were high professional title;43.4% were middle professional title and 33.3% were primary professional title.The proportion of manpower who was formerly engaged in medicine was 97.5%,57.1% of them had taken part in the training of general practice.The average training time was 22.74 weeks.Conclusion The professional knowledge of health personnel was not well,and health personnel in community health service were low in record of formal school and the professional title.Those problems should be resolved at once.
