Abstract
Objective:To investigate the cell cycle change of squamous cell carcinoma(tca 8113)of tough after radiation. Methods:Radioactive rays-induced cell cycle change were detected by flow cytometry. Results:After irradiation, there was a positive correlation between irradiation dosage and retardation strength in G_2/M phase(P0.01).The peak value appeared at 12 or 24 h after irradiation, then decreased.Cell lines was showed significant S reduce. Conclusion:In the present study, growth delay and enhanced radiosensitivity are confirmed in the progeny of irradiated squamous cell carcinoma cell line of tough tca8113.The cell lines is showed significant S reduce and G_2 arrest.
