Abstract

Objective To discuss the influence on nursing intervention measures of patients undergoing gynecological tumor rehabilitation after surgery. Methods 71 cases of patients with gynecological tumors were divided into observation group(n = 37) and control group(n = 34),and the control group was given conventional care, the observation group was given nursing intervention measures, rehabilitation after surgery were compared in the two groups. Results The SAS,SDS,PSQI and QLQ-C30 score of observation group before discharge were(41.9±7.1),(42.4±7.3),(10.8±3.4) and(42.6±21.4) scores, were obviously better than those of the admission and the control group(P 0.05).The observation group was no postoperative complication, exhaust time and time into the solid food were(32.17±10.42) h and(50.28±8.54) h,and were obviously lower than those of the control group [(32.56±12.34)h,(57.36±9.23)h](P 0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention measures in patients with gynecological tumors can reduce the complications and promote rehabilitation after surgery.
