Perfecting classroom teaching evaluation system and improving teaching quality of higher adult education

Abstract

Combining with the present teaching evaluation,this paper tries to discuss how to perfect classroom teaching evaluation system in higher adult education so as to improve classroom teaching level and ensure teaching quality.Several aspects such as classroom management and organization,key phases of teaching process and feedback management are considered.
