97 cases of chorionic villus cultivation and karyotype analysis for spontaneous abortion

Abstract

Objective:Investigate the value of karyotype analysis from abortion villus to identify the reason of spontaneous abortion and to guide the pregnancy.Methods:Choronic villus cultivation and karyotype analysis were done to 97 cases of spontaneous abortion.Results:Among 97 abortion chorionic villus,there were 94 cases succeeded in cell culture(96.9%).62 abnormal cases were checked out(66.0%).Number abnormality is the leading abnormality,and trisomy is the most.The each rate of chromosomal aberration in one time,two times and above of three times spontaneous abortion were 76%,53.1%and 60%.Conclusion:Embryo chromosomal abnormalities is the important reason of early spontaneous abortion.Karyotype analysis of abortion villus is benefit to identify the abortion reason,and canguide the next pregnancy.
