The system theory and the disastrous defeat of the Qing Dynasty in Sino-Japanese War

In order to win the war,the system theory requests that each factor composing the war system must cooperate closely and operate coordinately.But in the Sino-Japanese War,the center government of the Qing Dynasty,the ground force and navy,the officials and soldiers, the army and the common people couldn't coordinate well.The fractions kept arising and led to great loss,it weakened the resistance of the Qing Dynasty vastly.Meanwhile,it broke the basic rules of the system theory,and ultimately it led to the disastrous defeat of the Qing Dynasty in the war.
