In the late Qing period,Chinese society was under the crisis of trade,it gave birth to a commercial war thinking as the core of the revival of mercantilism.Consequently,it triggered a series of modern China's social and institutional change,such as the rise of the status of business man,the late Qing government's mercantilist policies and the system reconfiguration,etc.These accelerate China's modernization course.
