Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of ceftriaxone sodium/tazobactam sodium in the treatment of serofast syphilis. Methods 44 patients with serofast syphilis in our hospital from June 2010 to December 2012 were se lected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group.22 patients of observation group were treated with ceftriaxone sodium/tazobactam sodium,22 patients of control group were treated with benzathine benzylpenicillin. The therapeutic effects of two groups after 3 and 6 months of treatment were compared. Results After 3 months of treatment, total effective rate of observation group was 68.2%,significantly higher than that of control group(40.9%),with a statistical difference(P0.05).After 6 months of treatment, total effective rate of observation group was 81.8%,significantly higher than that of control group(54.5%),with a statistical difference( P0.05).Conclusion Ceftriaxone sodium/tazobactam sodium in the treatment of serofast syphilis than benzathine benzylpenicillin can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, reduce early syphilis rapid plasma reagin test titre,is worthy of clinical application.
