Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ceftriaxone Sodium and Thymopentin combined with nursing in the treatment of early syphilis fixed. Methods 62 patients with early syphilis fixed were randomly divided into the control group(31 cases) and the treatment group(31 cases). The Patients in the control group were treated with Penicillin Sodium and Benzathine Penicillin, and those in the treatment group were treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium and Thymopentin combined with nursing. The two groups were compared in clinical effect. Results 12 months and 24 months after treatment, the effective rates of the treatment group were 80.6% and 96.8% respectively, while the effective rates of the control group were 54.8% and 74.2% respectively. The differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Ceftriaxone Sodium and Thymopentin combined with nursing in the treatment of early syphilis fixed is obvious. It may increase the negative rate of the rapid plasma reactions(RPR).
