Teachers' professional spirit is the value pursuit of consistent and stable sense of identity, sense of responsibility, sense of dedication and active professional consciousness delivered by teachers in the educational field, and also the consistent, coherent and conscious behavior teachers adhere to in the educational action. Teachers' professional spirit can provide teachers with the drive for their professional development, improve teachers' professional ethics requirements, break teachers' narrow consciousness of subject boundary and change the outdated practices of sticking to the instrumental rationality of education.
