Analysis of the Approach to Strengthen Normal School Students' Teacher Professional Consciousness

Teacher professional consciousness refers to the basic consciousness and idea to become an excellent teacher.Strengthening the cultivation of normal school students' teacher professional consciousness will contributes to the development of teachers' specialization and the improvement of the quality of teachers.At present,there exist some characteristics such as the low awareness,the deviation of value orientation and the weak professional consciousness.The present article argues that normal school students' teacher professional consciousness should be strengthened on professional interests,skills,and values.
