Abstract
Objective To approach the curative effect of curing spontaneous pneumothorax by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.Method To retrospective analyze the clinical data of spontaneous pneumothorax patients in our hospital,which was to be divided into detection group and control group.Results The operation time,hemorrhage amount in operation,pain score after operation and length of stay of detection group were better than control group(P 0.05),the complication after operation were lower than control group(P 0.05),the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion The curative effect of spontaneous pneumothorax by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery is good,which is to be used.
