Treatment Analysis on Amiodarone and Atorvastatin Combined Application in Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation after Cardioerter Maintenance of Sinus Rhythm

Objective: To analyze the curative effect of amiodarone and atorvastatin combined application in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation after cardioerter maintenance of sinus rhythm.Methods: 80 cases with idiopathic in atrial fibrillation were chosen,the successful converting rhythm of the heart after treatment according to the principle of random divided into treatment group and control group.the treatment group used oral amiodarone,and control group used combined of amiodarone and atorvastatin.18 months after treatment,sinus rhythm maintenance ratio in the two groups were compared.Results: After treatment,in the combined treatment group for 12 months,sinus rhythm maintenance rate was significantly higher than those in the control group(82.5% vs 62.5%,P0.05),and sinus rhythm maintenance ratio in the combined treatment group for 18 months was also significantly higher than those in the control group(80.0% vs 55.0%,P0.05).Conclusion: Amiodarone combined with atorvastatin have obvious efficacy for paroxysmal AF cardioerter maintenance of sinus rhythm,is better than that of amiodarone monotherapy,it is worth of clinical promotion.
