AN EXPLORATION ON LEGAL SYSTEM FOR AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES IN CHINA

The current legislative model of lawful adjustment of only one element of one particular aspect of agricultural resources was followed in China. A complete system of agricultural resources law in China has not yet been established. The law of agricultural resources has four features of macroscopicity, strategity,integrity and scientificity.Although the regulations of agricultural resources of property, investigation and evaluation, planning, protection and permission have been established in China, there still are many problems such as system inperfection, content inadequacy, inadaptability to market economy, authority overlapping, provision contradiction, etc. Suggestions are put forward concerning formulation of integrated management law of agricultural resources and revision and perfection of the existing regulations for individual items.
