Abstract
Objective:In order to investigate the germicidal efficacy of the Zijing disinfectant to some standard bacterium and the natural bacterium on the skin surface and know the influence of the relative factors on the germicidal efficacy Methods:The carrier quantitative germicidal test was carried out on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans in different exposed time,different dilute solution to the disinfectant Results:The killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on the cloth strips exposed to its 1∶2 dilute solution for 1 min was 99 98% The killing rate of Candida albicans on the cloth strip exposed to its 1∶2 dilute solution for 1 min was 99 94% Presence of 25% and 50% of calf serum in the bacterial suspension contaminating the carrier had medium or significant influence on the germicidal efficacy of the disinfectant Its germicidal efficacy did not obviously change after storing at 54℃ for 14 days Its killing rate of natural bacterium on the surface of palm skin exposed to the 1∶3 dilute solution of this disinfectant for 3 min was 95 46% Conclusions:The efficacy of the disinfectant is good on Staphylococcus aureus ,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans The stability of the disinfectant is fine,but the influence of organic substance is significant to the germicidal efficacy
