Abstract

With total flavonoids from Seselopsis as the investigated index,its optimum extraction process was determined through orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum extraction process for total flavonoids from Seselopsis was 70% ethanol as extractant with solid-liquid ratio of 1:20 and extraction times of 2(60 min/time).
