Abstract
In order to get the optimal conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from liangtoujian the study were investigated by orthogonal array design. The content of total flavonoids was determined spectrometrically using rutin as reference substance. Results:The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:ethanol concentration 55% and material/liquid ratio 1∶12,ultrasonic power 80W,treatment time 30min,Under these conditions, the extraction yield of crude total flavonoids from liangtoujian was 3.68% and the content of total flavonoids in crude extracts. Conclusion:The optimized process remarkably increases the extraction yield of total flavonoids from liangtoujian and has a promising prospect for practical applications.
