The clinical application of multi-tumor markers protein biochip detective system

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of multi-tumor markers protein biochip detective system( C-12 system).Methods: The serum of 280 malignant tumor patients and 106 healthy people were detected by C-12 system. The sensitivity and specificity of the system in all cases were analyzed. Results: Two hundred and fourty-two postive cases in 280 malignant tumor patients and 7 postive cases in 106 healthy people were detected by C-12 system. The sensitivity of C-12 system in 280 malignant tumor patients and 106 healthy people were 86. 43% and 93. 40%,respectively. Conclusions: C-12 system is available for the clinical laboratory diagnosis of tumor,especially for health examination and tumor screening. Detecting multiple indicators at the same time can enhance the detection rate and accuracy,which has certain supplementary meaning in judging the tumor source.
