Clinical application of multi-tumor markers protein chip system(C-12)

Objective To explore the clinical value of protein chip system application in the detection of multi-tumor markers(C-12).Methods The sera of 214 malignant tumor patients,78 healthy subjects and 47 benign disease patients were detected by C-12 system.The sensitivity and specificityof C-12 system were analyzed in different groups.Results Among the 214 malignant tumor patients,196 cases were positive,while 27 cases were positive among 125 controls.The sensitivity and specificity of C-12 system was 91.6% and 78.4% respectively.Conclusion The multi-tumor markers protein chip system(C-12) is appropriate for clinical laboratory diagnosis and therapeutic effect viewing of tumors,especially for health examination and tumor screening.The method was proved to be low-priced,conveniently operated and can provide much important information for clinic diagnosis.Combined detection of several markers can boost detection rate and accuracy,and contribute to the judgement of tumor source.
