A Study on the Protection of the Network Privacy Rights in the E-government Development

Abstract

This essay focuses on the protection of the network privacy rights and the freedom of information in the E-government development.Based on the legislation in protecting the network privacy rights at home and abroad,some issues are discussed in the essay such as the concept of the network privacy rights,the application of the network privacy rights in the E-government development,the forms of the tort of the network privacy rights and the pivots and difficulties in protecting the network privacy rights.According the legislation in the world the essay put forwards the legislative suggestion and some crucial issues of the network private rights.
