Legal protection of privacy rights in e′ra of internet

This paper gives a redefinition of the concept of privacy rights.And there are traditional and interconnected forms of tort in e′ra of internet.In addition,the exploration of the future about the legal protection of privacy rights,in the foundation of the studying about the present situation of legal protection of privacy rights in China,is proposed.Such as give independent character to privacy rights,give general protection in future civil code,give special protection in some special area and give protection from the angle of international private law.
