Abstract
We urgently need to protect network privacy which is one of the most important rights,our country should speed up the process of legislation,on one hand,clear the legal status of privacy,set privacy as a independent rights in the basic laws,gradually realize the special legislation of the network privacy,on the other hand,depend on self-discipline,and perfect related supporting measures.
