Abstract

The privacy rights is a kind of the rights of personality. There is no explicit legal protection for the privacy rights in China. For this reason, the author explores the development of privacy rights, legal protection of privacy rights, imperfections in legal protection of privacy rights in China, and puts forth some suggestions for reinforcing the legislation to protect the privacy rights in China.
