Abstract

Comparing the lipopeptide-like antibiotics and its inhibitive effects, such fermentation conditions as temperature, rotating speed and incubation time of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens YN-1 was studied based on the orthogonal experiment design. The optimal fermentation conditions were obtained as 25℃,140r/min and 60h.
