Combination of Chinese tradiational and Western Medicine Treatment of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome 80 Cases

[Objective]To observe the Tongxieyao Fang Shenlingbaishu decoction with Western Lizhuchangle capsules treatment of diarrhea — predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) in clinical efficacy.[Methods] 130 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group 80 patients given medicine combined Tongxieyao Fang Shenlingbaishu decoction with the western Lizhuchangle capsules for treatment;control group 50 patients given medicine combined Tongxieyao Fang Shenlingbaishu decoction;the two groups are 4 weeks of a course of treatment. [Results]80 patients in the treatment group,56 cases markedly effective (70% ) ;effective 24 cases (30% ) ;the total effective rate was 100%.The control group of 50 cases markedly effective 30 cases (60% ) ;effective 16 cases ( 32% ) ;Invalid 4 cases (8% ) ;total effective rate was 92%.Comparing the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05).[Conclusion]Tongxieyao Fang all Shenlingbaishu decoction with western Lizhuchangle capsules TCM — WM therapy treatment of diarrhea — predominant irritable bowel syndrome remarkable.
