Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Lichang decoction combined withnursing care on irritable bowel syndrome.Methods Fifty-nine patients were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases of treatment group were treated with Lichang decoction,one dose per day;27 cases of control group were treated with probanthine 15mg three times per day and oryzanol 20mg three times per day,with a treatment course of 15 days,the therapeutic effects were evaluated after three courses for both groups.Results The effective rate in treatment group was 65.6%,compared with 29.6% in control group,there was significant difference between two groups (P0.01). Conclusion Lichang decoction combined with nursing care is effective in treating irritable bowel syndrome.
