Abstract
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of JianPiDaoZhi decoction on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS).Methods98 patients diagnosed as D-lBS were randomly divided into two groups.The treated group(62 patients) was treated with JianPiDaoZhi decoction;the control group(32 patients) was treated with Dicetel.After four weeks course of treatment,the clinical effect were observed.ResultsThe total efficiency of the treated group and the control group was 90.32% and 77.78%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).ConclusionJianPiDaoZhi decoction has definite effect on D-IBS.
