Curative Effects of Edaravone Combined with Sodium Ozagrel on Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction: An Analysis of 130 Cases

Objective To observe the curative effects of edaravone combined with sodium ozagrel on treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 260 cases of acute cerebral infarction of dead patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: ①intravenous treatment group:edaravone combined with sodium ozagrel (n=130). ②the control group: treated with conventional drugs (n=130). The 2 groups were scored before and after treatment respectively according to the degree of neural function defect score standards score (SSS) which was adopted on the fourth national cerebral vascular meeting. Then the efficiency of the 2 groups was compared. Results The efficiency of treatment group and control group was significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion Edaravone combined with sodium ozagrel can notably improve the symptom of acute cerebral infarction patients.
