Abstract
Objective To establish an high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of puerarin in Gehuang granule. Methods Shimpack VP-ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used with acetonitrile-water-acetic acid glacial(14∶85∶1) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,detected at 254 nm and room temperature. The external standard method was adopted for the assay. Results The injection quantity of Puerarin presented a good linear range of 0.0226-0.226 μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 100.35%,RSD=1.01%(n=6).Conclusion The method is good in separability, reproducibility and sensitivity.
