Abstract
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for determination of puerarin in Chuange granules. Methods Separation of samples was achieved on a Zorbax Eclipes XDB column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(25:75) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 250 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Results The standard curves for puerarin were linear in the ranges of 0.090 4-0.904 0 μg(r =0.999 9,n =5);The average recovery rate was 97.48%(n =9),RSD was 1.47%. Conclusion The method is fast, simple, specific, reliable, and can be used for quality control of Chuange granules.
