Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation of the pelvic floor muscle training for women postpartum pelvic floor disorders.Female pelvic floor muscle strength determination. Methods Chose our hospital from October 2009 to June 2012 in 42 days postpartum outpatient review III 62 cases,in accordance with the wishes of patients were randomly divided into a training group(n=32) and control group(30 cases),pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training group pelvic floor muscle training routine postpartum follow-up,the control group, maternal rehabilitation of the two groups were compared according to the follow-up results. Results The two groups of patients before treatment muscle strength was no difference(P0.05),rehabilitation therapy training group muscle strength improvement was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);two groups of urinary incontinence the case 42 days after childbirth difference was not statistically significant(P0.05),the incidence of training group in 3,6 months postpartum urinary incontinence was significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions Pelvic floor muscle training can effectively the postnatal improve pelvic floor muscle tension, reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence, treatment effect at 42 days postpartum.
