Abstract
【Objective】To investigate the effect of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with pelvic floor muscle training in the treatment of pelvic floor muscle tension, and pelvic floor function.【Methods】The hospital treated 130 cases of full-term nulliparous women as the object of study,Were randomly divided into two groups: 65 cases in observation group, the pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training therapy; 65 cases in the control group, the treatment of pelvic floor muscle training. To evaluate the efficacy of pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment after 6 months of treatment.【Results】After 6 months of treatment, two groups in the degree of pelvic floor muscle tension score and urinary incontinence score differences were statistically significant(P0.01),group of pelvic floor muscle tension score were higher than the control group, the degree of urinary incontinence score lower than the control group. Two groups of poor contraction of the uterus, uterine prolapse hemorrhoids and lumbosacral pain, the difference was statistically significant(P0.01),the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group; uterine retroversion retroflexion the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),the observation group than control group; cystocele difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).【Conclusion】Pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with pelvic floor muscle training,is beneficial to the recovery of pelvic floor muscle tension and pelvic floor function, can effectively reduce the female pelvic floor dysfunction(FPFD) incidence.
