Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect electrical stimulation combined pelvic floor muscle training on postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation. Methods 255 cases of postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation patients were selected as the experimental group, and the other same period,250 cases of postpartum patients as a control group, the control group mothers to accept only the pelvic floor muscles functional training, the experimental group patients on this basis, plused biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation.Observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients and investigation of patient satisfaction. Results The symptoms of two groups of patients were alleviated after treatment, pelvic but floor muscle strength had increased better, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05),but the experimental group were significantly higher proportion of pelvic floor muscle up to level IV than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=31.85,P 0.05);satisfaction in the experimental group patients after treatment was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusions The combined rehabilitations is effective for postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation.
