Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of postpartum pelvic floor muscle. Methods Eighty unipara were selected as the research object and divided into two groups randomly, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received the conventional rehabilitation training and basic health education, while the experimental group received the positive pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation and professional systematic rehabilitation after delivery. The functional recovery effects of pelvic floor muscle were compared between two groups at 3 months of followed-up. Results The cases of muscle level ≥ 3 of the experimental group were more than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05); The experimental group was superior to the control group in the situations of pelvic organ prolapse, sexual satisfaction and urinary incontinence, and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusions Professional, systematic pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation and targeted nursing after delivery are conducive to the improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength. It can improve maternal preexisting incontinence, and prevent the occurrence of maternal pelvic floor disorders.
