Abstract
[Objective] To explore the behavioral and psychological intervention effect of quality of life in patients with hepatitis B.[Methods]162 cases of hospitalized patients with chronic hepatitis B were investigate form August 2006 to July 2008 in Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical College and 82 cases of patients in the experiment group were given behavioral and psychological intervention according to their unhealthy life styles and mental pressure.[Results]The proportion of intervention group and control group had no statistically significant differences in patients with unfit diet,lack of health knowledge,self-pressure peripheral pressure and social pressure(P0.05).When discharged from hospital,the intervention group was significantly lower than control group(P0.01).The known intervention group patients,transmission route of hepatitis B,disinfection and self-isolation,healthy diet self-care belief and reasonable scale were higher than control group(P0.01).[Conclusion]The ways taken by the behavioral and psychological interventions could alleviate the patients with chronic hepatitis B psychological pressure and improve self-care ability.
