Research on Legal Aid in the Construction of New Countryside

Legal aid is an important part of constructing new countryside and important guarantee of fair,justice,respect for human rights and the realization of harmonious and well-off society.This paper points out that the new countryside legal aid system is faced with some problems such as the inadequacy of organization construction,the lack of funds and legal aid staff,the scope of accepting cases unfitted the requirements and so on.More efforts should be made to perfect the legislative work,strengthen the publicity work,establish the comprehensive grid legal aid network and build the new countryside legal aid fund to improve the new countryside legal aid system.
