Abstract

The legal aid institutions as a mechanism of social legal aid is an important one, played a role can not be ignored in the legal aid system. But there are many problems to be solved in the process of its development, such as its management confusion, lack of funds, lack of student run law practice experience. The article combined with their own participation in legal aid practical difficulties are analyzed, on the establishment of the standardization of the operation mechanism of university legal aid institutions long-term for the theoretical study and practical exploration.
