Abstract
In the construction of China's legal aid system,there are shortages of funds for legal aid,and legal aid can not meet the actual needs;huge legal aid agencies and personnel occupied the limited legal aid funds;Legal aid funding system has a lot of shortages in legislation.In order to deal with these problems,firstly we should improve the relevant legislation,make legal aid funds with multi channels,effectively to meet the practical needs of legal aid,implement the policy of cutting funds for legal aid to improve the efficiency of capital using and strengthen the supervision of legal aid funds.
